All our client projects are overseen by a highly experienced Buildings Contracts Manager and an appointed Site Foreman who liaises closely with the Contracts Manager and end customer for a professional and personal service.
Commercial
We can offer a full commercial and industrial package to meet your requirements. All our building operatives are experienced professionals and receive regular health and safety training to work in accordance with UK construction legislation.
Refurbishment & Restoration
We can offer a full external fabric overhaul of any building from the roof down to the underground drainage and everything in between. We specialise in pitched and flat roofing supplied with a 20-year guarantee.
Listed Building
We have worked on projects in close liaison with the local heritage authority in the Staffordshire, Ludlow, and Oswestry areas – the latter winning an award for workmanship carried out on a listed building.
Structural & Dilapidations
We work closely with approved structural engineers to offer a full package of structural repairs and refurbishments which often go hand in hand with schedules of dilapidations carried out throughout the UK.
Responsive Maintenance
We are able to assist with blocked drains, CCTV surveys, high-pressure drain jetting or reglazing of windows and doors.
